I worked at FocusFrame full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

It was a small company, so you felt like in family, because you knew almost everyone.
There is always someone to help you in case of any problem at work.
There was never a time without work.
Travel to very cool places and meet great people.
Big party for "All-Hands" meeting, always in a different city. All expenses paid.
    Learned a lot.

    Cons

Was sold to another PTO company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of having dreams of buying expensive cars, think on the future of your employees.

I would rate the CEO "Thumbs down", but the company was great, and doesn't deserve that. So I will just say, "No Opinion" on him.

I applied through college or university. The process took a weekinterviewed at FocusFrame.

    Interview Details

Interviews took about a week: first with HR, then a technical interview followed by an interview by the department head. The final interview was with one of the VPs. Interviewers were nice and very open to answer my questions. They also evaluate your writing skills with an exercise.

    Interview Questions
    • I found the technical interview to be the difficult interview, but for someone with a strong technical background it should be fine.   Answer Question
