    I have been working at Fogo de Chão Churrascaria (Holding) LLP full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Management is willing to working with schedules for anyone looking to further their education. Everyone works as a team so we hold others accountable.

    Cons

    Seems to be some favoritism which can often discourage employees to go above and beyond job requirements. There are times that I don't feel I have the support necessary to fulfill my job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communication between Management and employees tends to be one-sided. There is no accountability when it comes to who's at fault.
