Great people that have a wealth of knowledge. Clear set of values. Clear strategy that is building momentum. Many global opportunities available for individuals.
Very few people appreciate the goals & challenges of colleagues in other business units/ markets. There have been too many structural changes in recent times, although it appears that the frequency of significant change is reducing.
Advice to Management
Stay on strategy. Increase transperancy across business units - great that this is happening at the FLT, however, it needs to filter down.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at Fonterra.
Interview process took about a month. Was very relaxed and more of a conversation than questions being asked by the hiring managers. Found through a head hunter and had a pre-screening interview with them, which then moved onto a phone interview with the person that I would be working for. After that had 1 face to face interview with my boss and another team member.
