Want to do more with your career?

Our first warehouse-format supermarket, known as Food 4 Less, was opened in August of 1988 with a philosophy to provide Customers with the highest quality products and selection at the lowest possible price. The concept proved to be successful. Today, Food 4 Less is the nation’s premier warehouse-format, grocery chain and the undisputed low price leader. Food 4 Less stores feature a large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, quality USDA select beef, seafood and fresh poultry – all at everyday low prices. Most locations also offer a fresh bakery and service deli.

Food 4 Less offers a variety of positions, including roles in our retail store locations, division office and warehouses. In addition to competitive pay, we offer company discounts, health benefits for those who qualify, 401(k) retirement plan and career advancement opportunities. Our Associates receive continual training and development to help achieve success within their roles. Food 4 Less is always seeking quality, service oriented individuals to join our team. Pros

    You got paid every Friday.

    Cons

If you're new you get treated like crap. If someone who was working there for a while didn't want to do a task, they ask the newbies to do it.
Had to quit because they didn't want me going to school.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Food 4 Less (El Cajon, CA) in June 2015.

    Interview

Applied online. Interview three days later. 10 minutes one on one of basic enough questions. The interviewer was very friendly and gave me lots of opportunities to ask my own questions. About 10 people were in applying for the position and I was told that roughly 2-3 people would get the position. Salary not competitive enough so didn't accept.
