    Pros

Family like atmosphere and a lot of opportunity for advancement. Training is great. Fitness center, lots of opportunity for be involved with community service. Highly recommend.

    Cons

I really don't have any cons. Depending upon your schedule, you may work late one night and have to be back in the office earlier the next day. This is not a big deal.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. It's good to see upper management out on the floor and meeting with employees. Great place to work.

Internal interview. Department manager gave advice on what to convey in the interview. After the interview was told I was given very bad advise. All employees in the same area were told wrong information. People in other areas under the same manager were told different things and got the positions

Seems its trucks aren't the only things built Ford tough. The automaker's subsidiary, Ford Motor Credit, is proving to be pretty resilient, too. One of the world's largest auto financing companies, it funds autos for and through Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury dealerships in some 70 countries. It finances new, used, and leased vehicles, and provides wholesale financing, mortgages, and capital loans for dealers. The company also offers business fleet financing and insurance. Ford Motor Credit provided funding for Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, and Mazda vehicles, but ... More
