    Very good company, very friendly colleges. You would learn a lot in the group. The supervisor will also help you with your stuff.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Ford Motor Credit (Dearborn, MI) in April 2015.


    phone interview.
    then fly to Dearborn to take 1:1 interview and group assessment.
    they will cover all the travel and hotel expenses. also, there will be someone to pick up you from the airport and take to the hotel.
    on the first day when you arrived, you probably have a chance talking to some of their managers even have a dinner with them.
    when you finish all the interview they provided, they may give you a tour of their headquarter.
