    I worked at Forest River


    When working in the offices at the Division level, everything is a "PRO".


    "Middle" Management above division managers, but under the CEO still have old school mentality.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give the divisions BACK to their respective GM's and have them go back answering directly to Pete. Way too much is being withheld from the CEO that if he knew, he would not allow to transpire.
