    I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Formosa Petrochemical (Taipei (Taiwan)) in May 2011.


    Two stages interview, and first stage is selected by education background, and second stage is interview with the managers. After reviewing the background , the qualified candidates may receive a phone call to notify the interview date and time, and also tell the candidates the documents needed to be prepared. The second stage is focusing on Q & A, and the questions include personality, professional experiences, cooperative behavior, etc.
