Thin management, flat structure, no fat, no inefficiencies, energetic, dynamic, agile, and got things done! That's how a small start-up company became successful! The atmosphere was great and everyone had the same heart and worked towards the same goal. That why the company grew at ~40% per year on average through its lifespan, even during the worst of the recession when competitors were fat at best.
Very lean teams meant that everyone had to work above and beyond their normal call of duty.
Advice to Management
Get together again and start another company!
