    I worked at Foss North America full-time (more than an year)


    Interesting instrumentation and spectrum of applications. Good customer base - varied and interesting in all science areas.


    SAP and CRM system was very badly in need of a complete overhaul. Company takes the word "frugal" and 'bean counting' to a new ridiculous level. Some instrumentation seemed to be designed by people with a headache as they laid out the circuit boards and mechanical components - not convenient for servicing by an means. No parts carried by field service; JIT approach that often waited for parts from overseas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Respect international immigration laws of other sovereign countries. Obtain work permits before sending employees across international borders to do work.
