    I have been working at Four Hands full-time (less than a year)


    Culture is really engaging and provides many perks for employees, new and old. Great work-life balance for a majority of the positions, FTO policy is sufficient, and the employee purchase program is pretty amazing.


    The company has experienced a lot of growth in the past few years and has had trouble keeping up with some of the demands the growth has created.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Improve on performance review plans as well as put more focus on professional development and training for employees.
