Kind and professional staff that constantly strive to improve themselves. Also, the company size is not too large so you are able to get to know everyone fairly well.

Franklin Covey could use more innovated and updated materials.

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Franklin Covey (Orlando, FL) in February 2015.

The process is very lengthy. When I first connected with a recruiter, she told me the position that they were hiring for was targeted to begin in 4 months. I started by submitting my resume, then I was asked via email to submit a video. I didn't hear back for several weeks, and then the recruiter began contact with me once they decided to move forward with the process. I had three telephone interviews, and then I met with a company representative face-to-face. At that time, they made a hiring decision and chose another candidate who had specific experience with the product/service.
