Always overtime work for extra money, learn new cultures.

ALWAYS overtime work, and it can get old. Overworked people get cranky.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Franklin Precision Industry.

Very relaxed setting. Group interview (two interviewers.) Conversational with good give and take - Interviewee gained as much knowledge about the position and company as the interviewer gained about the candidate. Topics seemed to flow easily, but the group seemed to have a list of qualities / target points they were looking for.
