With the expansion of a new office and many of the employees working from their own home offices, need to schedule more face-to-face meetings with all members of the organization.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Consider expanding the company's focus beyond the traditional sporting goods retailers, creates more possibilities for our market.

Negotiation DetailsFranklin does not hire employees, rather Independent Contractors. Items for negotiation are: mileage or gas allowance, Printing allowances for work related documents.
