    I have been working at Franklin Retail Solutions full-time (more than 3 years)


    -Upper Management actively engages with employees to seek feedback and opinions to help shape the future direction of the company.

    -Partners with the largest brands in the sporting goods industry to create the most impactful presentations to promote added Sell-Through.

    -Talented group of employees dedicated to bringing added value to our partners and to their co-workers on a daily basis.

    -Evolving business model; expanding our service to a full-service model, offering market solutions based on in-store feedback gathered by the field force. Increased capacity of current employees to evolve their role and responsibilities within the company.

    -Owner/President of the company is a phone call away.


    With the expansion of a new office and many of the employees working from their own home offices, need to schedule more face-to-face meetings with all members of the organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Consider expanding the company's focus beyond the traditional sporting goods retailers, creates more possibilities for our market.

    Continue to seek feedback from your employees, that fact that our views are heard is greatly appreciated by all.

    • I was given a list of accounts and projects in an assigned territory and asked to make a schedule for store visits along with a proposed travel route that was most efficient in terms of mileage and least number of store visits.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
    Franklin does not hire employees, rather Independent Contractors. Items for negotiation are: mileage or gas allowance, Printing allowances for work related documents. They offer a monthly bonus which is nice, pay is on a per project basis and is non-negotiable. One is responsible for paying their own taxes.
