I have been working at Franklin Templeton Investments

Corporate culture is superb, really good people all around which leads to a lot of long-tenured employees. Work/life balance is probably one of the best I've seen as well. Company also encourages inter-department movement so it is fairly seamless to look internally for jobs.

Compensation is considered more on the conservative end and career growth options could be limited.

They wanted very specific answers from single incidents as examples. The HR rep was very friendly and encouraging. She seemed genuinely interested in the candidates.
