    Pros

    The people. Product mix, Insurance options, 401K but not matching.

    Cons

    Compensation could be better. Consolidate some of the products that are not generating revenue.

    Advice to Management

    Remember, your employees are your greatest asset. Make them a priority too and you will once again be the awesome paper we all know and love.
