I have been working at Fresenius Kabi full-time (More than 5 years)
Individuals are dedicated, hard-working, part of a team, proud of what they do. The life-saving medicines and devices the company produces are important to people's health, and that impact is heartfelt by all employees.
The global communication is poor and the processes involved in making decisions between different areas of the company are inefficient. Fresenius Kabi USA also does not allow much flexibility in work arrangements.
Advice to Management
Trust your managers to know how to engage and incent their employees. Rigid HR rules make people feel like cogs in a machine, not valued employees.
