I have been working at Frontline full-time (More than a year)

The working culture is the same, all Indians with the same views, no cultural difference. From top management till bottom of the line all are very friendly in nature.

With such a friendly atmosphere in the company the crew take advantage of the situations and complain directly to the Company Heads which could amount to mutiny as such.

    Advice to Management

All should keep their distance and the company and employee relation to be maintained.
