I have been working at Frontline Marketing full-time for more than 8 years

The leadership in this company is outstanding. Very supportive of it's people and the pay is very fair. The owner really cares about his people and meets with the team on a weekly basis to discuss direction of the company. Freedom to work your own schedule and work towards your goals. Unlimited leads with a proven system that produces results.

If you are not disciplined, you will not succeed. Must have positive attitude and ability to sell without taking No's personal.

    Business Consultant Interview

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 days - interviewed at Frontline Marketing in November 2009.

    Interview Details

I went in for the interview b/c the ad was intriging and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere upon arrival was very upbeat and high energy. I felt comfortable and at ease in the 1st round interview. I was invited back to the 2nd round interview and LOVED the fact that I was able to see all the in's and out's of the company and the clients. More people should do job shadows, so you know if it's a good fit or not before you accept a job and you can make sure you fit in with the people.
