    I worked at Fry's Food part-time

I worked as a courtesy clerk for three months and I liked the structure the company had to offer. Everything was very in order without much randomness to a normal day.

The pay is sub-par just minimum wage which is fair considering the work. However, with no real incentives it causes some slacking with the other employees because they feel they are not being compensated properly

    Advice to Management

Give some sort of incentives for employees to try to work harder and more efficiently. Communicate better with employees for specific tasks that need to be done rather than expecting it to happen.

I applied online. I interviewed at Fry's Food (Phoenix, AZ).

It was a veteran hiring event. Not sure how the regular interview process goes. It was a walk in interview at any Fry's that you wanted to work at. Met with the front end manager on an one on one interview. It was a very comfortable interview sine I haven't done one in over 20 years. Was asked questions about customer service and major accomplishments, and the last time management gave me a praise for something that I have done.
