    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Fry's Food (Prescott, AZ) in August 2015.

I got there about ten minutes early and was directed upstairs by the woman at the service center. I waited outside the interviewer's office for 10-15 minutes before being called in. The interview itself was quick and easy. The majority of the questions were personality-based, so they were easy to answer. It felt more like a conversation between two people than a strict interview. At the end, I was told which positions they had available and was asked which one I would be most interested in. I asked some questions about each position before settling on one. The following day included a drug test and discussing pay. The whole process was very relaxed and everyone I spoke to was very kind.
