    Pros

Earning potential was theoretically unlimited in sales.
In my division, the team approach and support was strong.
    Product development was superior.

    Cons

The new leadership is now less people-oriented and more high pressure performance driven. Loyalty is not rewarded. No real opportunities for advancement. As they are in a "restructuring" phase, opportunities for advancement are being eliminated.
