I worked at Fullscreen as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

People were very helpful in teaching me how to complete my tasks, and it was a positive environment.

    Cons

The internships are unpaid at this company so between cost of living in LA and gas, it was tough.

    Senior Manager Interview

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at Fullscreen in October 2014.

    Interview Details

I applied online and received an email from a recruiter about a month later. We had a 30 minute call in which he asked several behavioral interview questions. I sent him a thank you email that day and he replied that they wanted to move to an in-person interview. The interview was the following week with a Director. The lobby where I waited was a hodge-podge of mismatched furniture and there were boxes filled with trash stacked in the corner. The interview was very easy as we just discussed the scope of the position and structure of the team. The interviewer was very young and had much less experience than I had. Fullscreen is definitely a company that is run by recent college grads. It appears to be disorganized and their motto of "acting first and apologizing later" shows their lack of wanting to hire talented people that don't have to make uneducated moves because they have the knowledge and experience to make the right decisions. On a positive note, the recruiter was very responsive and professional.
