There were a few very dedicated, exasperated employees that, for the sake of mutual lamentation, made coming into work not entirely painful.
Where to begin?
Extremely disorganized workflow and operations processes.
Virtually nothing in the way of onboarding or training.
Unresponsive, frequently absent management.
Unmanageable workload, mixed with an overly full patient schedule.
Outdated equipment and serious lack of basic office supplies.
High rate of turnover.
Advice to Management
Rather than siphoning as much profit as possible from this ethically dubious operation, invest some of the revenue into paying your employees an appropriate wage and hire more employees to alleviate chronic understaffing. Provide, at the very least, the minimum materials requisite for a legitimate business enterprise. Create an HR department or at least an HR manager.
