Jeff Cavins is a technology veteran with over 22 years of senior-level experience in emerging growth technology, software, Internet, and digital media companies. Prior to FuzeBox, Mr. Cavins served as President and CEO of Loudeye Corporation (NASDAQ: LOUD), a global leader in digital media distribution technology, which was subsequently acquired by Nokia. During his tenure, he expanded the company globally, developed strategic partnerships with such companies as Microsoft, Nokia, and Virgin, and grew shareholder value by over 1700 percent.

Mr. Cavins served as a Venture Advisor at Azure Capital Partners in San Francisco, and as Senior Vice President for Exodus Communications, a leading managed hosting and interactive web services company, he was responsible for over $1.3 billion dollars in revenue, 1,900 employees and strategic partnerships with such industry leaders as Google, Yahoo!, Ebay and MSN. Prior to that, Mr. Cavins served as President and CEO of CSI Digital, an advanced technology software company developing visual effects technologies for the TV and Film Industries. CSI Digital was recognized by Inc. Magazine in 2007, as the 100th fastest growing private company in America and in the same year, it won first place in the first ever Deloitte and Touche Fast-50 Program. Prior to CSI, he spent nearly a decade in the Broadcast Division of Sony Corporation in sales management and engineering roles. Mr. Cavins designed and developed the first Instant Replay system for the NFL and led the NFL's migration from video to film for game day analysis.

Mr. Cavins is a member of the Board of Directors for FuzeBox. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Human BioMolecular Research Institute in San Diego and an investor in Jelli Radio, located in San Mateo, California.

Ritesh has had extensive experience within the fields of engineering, software and mobile development. Having worked with some of the largest business and banking solutions worldwide, such as Citibank and Oracle, Ritesh grew as a developer and engineer. Most recently, at Kivera Inc., Ritesh presided over the development of real-time traffic systems, navigation, mapping services, and social networking applications for mobile devices before being recruited by TalkPlus as Head of Engineering.

A leader in the Unified Communications field, Amritansh was most recently the Director of Engineering for Google Compute Engine, driving key components of the global Google Cloud Platform.  Prior to this, Amritansh was Director of Engineering for Google Apps where he directed the development, strategy, and growth of the Google Apps Marketplace.  

Before joining Google, Amritansh spent over a decade at Microsoft, where he rose from software development engineer to General Manager of the Lync Client and Mobile Unified Communications product groups. One of the original developers of Lync, Amritansh grew the Lync product offering into a $1.5B business for Microsoft, establishing it as an enterprise standard for unified communications.

Eran spent the last decade in key leadership roles at Microsoft, most recently as Director of Program Management for Skype. Tapped by Microsoft to drive the integration strategy for the $8.5 Billion acquisition, he later assumed responsibility for the Skype product portfolio and for innovating Skype's user experience, social graph and monetization strategy.

Before Skype, Eran was co-founder of the Lync Client group and served as Director of Program Management for Microsoft’s Unified Communications products. He is an inventor on over 50 patents in the areas of Unified Communications, large-scale distributed systems, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and voice over IP (VoIP).

For most of his 30-year career, Michael worked in film and video postproduction as an editor and design consultant in London, Los Angeles and New York. Some of his offline/online editing work includes Nova, Curb Your Enthusiasm, King of Queens, Chicago Hope, Judging Amy as well as the MTV Video, Music and Movie Awards. Michael was the first editor to post a U.S. prime-time episode in "High Definition", "Chicago Hope" for CBS in 1998. Michael's expertise in video software and hardware design led to consulting contracts with CBS, NBC, HBO, MTV, Harpo Studios, Sony, and the BBC.

A veteran of sales, Brook West has had over 15 years of sales, marketing, and managerial experience. Serving in such supervisory roles as Vice President, Director of Sales, and Director of Business Development and Sales, Brook has overseen a number of strategic initiatives within technology, software and digital media companies. While working with Jelli Inc., Microsoft, Loudeye Corporation, as well as Exodus and Robert Half International, Brook has secured some of the largest and most profitable partnerships. Corporations include: AT&T, CBS, Virgin, Target Stores, Citadel, Cox Media Group, Clear Channel, and Gibson Guitar, over half of which were multi-million dollar media deals.

As software architect and development lead for companies like WebMessenger, Inc., and Appitx, Nikolay was responsible for bringing to market various mobile solutions across all mobile platforms. With 15 years of engineering experience, Nikolay has helped enterprises stay technologically competitive through the creation of various customer facing mobile and desktop products.

Greg Saiz is a Silicon Valley native with over 20 years of high technology experience in diverse roles including product management, product marketing, business development and account management.

Prior to helping launch FuzeBox 3 1/2 years ago, Greg was the Director of Account Marketing for Visage Mobile’s MVNE division where he led the companies largest carrier account and responsible for $10MM in annual revenue. The MVNO division was acquired by Convergys Systems.

Prior to his tenure at Visage Mobile, Greg was the Senior Product Marketing Manager for WebEx’s flagship Meeting Center $141 MM product line. Greg launched a critically acclaimed new version of Meeting Center resulting in substantial subscriber growth and improved adoption. WebEx was acquired by Cisco Systems.

Greg led Product Marketing at Atreus Systems, a service provider SaaS pioneer. His contributions included the development of a strategic plan focusing the company on automatized carrier VoIP provisioning. As a result of this product strategy, Atreus was acquired by Sonus Networks in 2008.

Having led multi-national teams of developers, QA, and Operations, Boris has had over 15 years of experience within the software industry. Corporations like AT&T, NCR, Hummingbird and multiple startups have relied on Boris' skilled approach toward the development of technological products.

Coming from a diversified background that includes senior roles in consulting, startup and enterprise environments, Nate Lee brings 10 years of experience as an engineering leader to our operations organization. Nate has extensive experience leading numerous successful infrastructure migrations for both municipalities and large enterprises and brings a deep understanding of both systems and IP networking to Fuzebox.

Nate was recruited from Target Corporation where he worked to design and develop the retail giant’s mission critical material handling networks as well as kicking off their IPv6 planning efforts. Nate was educated at the University of Minnesota and holds multiple highly regarded industry certifications including CCIE, MCSE, CISSP and CCDP.
