I have been working at G Adventures full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    -Good bunch of people
-Comfortable Environment (I personally do not see the crazy cult culture)
    -Good location

    Cons

-Need to update systems (in progress)
    -Low salary

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't listen to people who leave the company and then moan about the culture and cult like atmosphere.

Please look into starting salary for sales staff, this is an expensive city.

    Interview Details

I applied online and submitted my CV. One week later I received an E-mail to take part in an interview called "Hire Vue". They ask 7 questions in a row, you have 15-30 seconds to read and think about them and 2-3 minutes time to answer. There is only one take and it is recorded by your webcam. Questions included: "What was your busiest day in your work environment?", "How would you describe G Adventures to your family/friends" and "What makes a good customer experience?"
