  1.

More like a family than a school; and while the problems of a family exist, so does the potential.

I have been working at G-Star School of the Arts

    Pros

Lots of support & lots of freedom coincide in a pleasant manner.
    The students are generally wonderful.
It is a remarkably peaceful student body in comparison with, well, practically anywhere.
    Generally excellent academic management

    Cons

Pays a bit less than others.
For core staff, the extracurricular activities can take a big bite out of instruction time.
The physical aspect of the school is not as "polished" as it could be, but it is workable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend more on academic infrastructure, and pay teachers better.
Modernize & standardize the technology across the curriculum.
