I have been working at G2 Web Services full-time (more than 3 years)Pros
G2 Web Services offers room for growth within and across departments, and promotes from within where possible. The company provides a flexible time off policy, so we can take as much time off as we need within reason. The benefits are great, with full medical, vision and dental paid, 401k match and transportation reimbursement. G2 is a technology and data company, with a fast-paced environment and interesting, unique products. Management has an open door policy, and while the company is mid-sized, it's easy to have your voice heard. Overall, I definitely recommend working at G2 Web Services.Cons
I don't love commuting to Bellevue, although the partial transportation reimbursement is nice. And the building temperature is pretty chilly. Overall, no major complaints.Advice to ManagementAdvice

- Application Details
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at G2 Web Services.Interview Details
The hiring process for this particular position was fairly standard. I was initially contacted by the office manager and the phone screen was conducted by a VP. After passing the initial screening process, I was contacted the next day to come in for an in-person interview. This part of the process was conducted by three VPs, which helped understand the dynamic of their management team. The questions were mostly standard, but I got the feeling that they were fishing for consulting advice. For example, I was asked for suggestions on how to recruit candidates for their IT positions and then on how to retain employees. This is not typical and slightly suspicious, especially considering that in the end they decided to "go in a different direction" with the position.
My perception of the company is that they are not organizationally stable and they are out of touch with employee needs. This is a company that truly needs a professional HR representative to handle complex issues and provide support for employees.Interview Questions
