    Pros

A thoughtful working environment where teams work for the best outcomes with integrity. On average employees are proud of their association with GMO.

    Cons

Not too much to say here to be honest. The company is fairly informal, perhaps too much so for those seeking a structured role.

    Advice to Management

Nothing specific to add here either. Keep up what you're doing - it seems to be working. It's a great place to work.

    Interview

Applied through a recruiter. Met one-on-one with three people in the portfolio operations side. Office is very quiet. Very quickly go through your resume and experience. Pretty cold environment, but not overly aggressive. Process took less than a week and heard back from the interview in a couple of days.
