    Pros

    1. Relaxed environment. Homely feeling (stable resting place for satisfied lot) 2. Good learning from seniors (depends upon pro-active person - both the learner and mentor) 3. The senior the management goes, the more qualified and experience the chair-holders are. 4. Documentation of everything, process and all.

    Cons

    1. Time counting/logging. Flexibility required (as long as tasks are completed in time) 2. Pathetic payscale structures. Pay variations significant across levels. Can demotivate execution staff/juniors specifically. 3. Appraisal are pre-thought of, so expect less. 4. Peanuts in increment. One'd feel being last in race among peers in other co's with similar designations and experience. 5. No drill down for work credit. 6. Ultra-pathetic HR. Old veterans and un-cooperative HR staff, especially, for the person who is out of the organisation. No support for Form-16, PF transfers, Relieving letters, and other similar documents. Lethargic HR work style. (You drop multiple emails, calls, they wont still bother to reply. 7. Company ladden with humongous debt, wake up call for prospective joiners.

    Advice to Management

    1. Be more proactive. 2. Appraise as per performance. Try to gauge why employees are frustrated. (take independent opinions, immediate supervisor should not ask why the employee wants to leave, that kills independent opinions) 3. Pay as per industry norms. 4. Make culture employee friendly, not suffocation friendly.

    Interview

    They r taking only experienced one. Like 5-10 yr experience. Any intelligent person will not join these type companies. After this much experience. In less package. They r not interested in new person and idea.
