    Interview Details

    The phone interview and 1:1 interview were pleasant and professional. The interviewer was very forthcoming about the nature and structure of the company. It's an unusual organization - I would describe it as a virtual agency. The job I interviewed for was actually a contractor position. I would have been responsible for bringing in and managing new clients. The compensation was 100% commission-based, and the commission itself I felt was too low.
