Awesome people, great personalities, down to earth. I worked in the labs for cancer metabolism. While lab work can be not as social and very individual, everyone was outgoing and knew how to enjoy their work.

I did not really have any complaints. It would have been nice to see more people sit down in the cafeteria and eat lunch rather than just bringing it back up to their office and eating.

    Advice to Management

Maybe to get the group to connect more, organize a weekly lunch day where the office all goes down and eats with each other so everyone can get to know one another better.
