    Pros

    Fantastic pay compared to competitors
    Very tenured staff ( both sales support and services)
    Work-life balance
    Little to no micro managing
    Great Sales management in the Southeast
    Works well with customers and delivers against service level agreements

    Cons

    Difficult on boarding process- need to be a self-starter
    Large quotas
    Difficult to learn all the roles in the larger organization -- again, you need a self-starter mentality

    Advice to Management

    Get the teams together more often ( both regions and by division). This will promote cohesiveness. Keep making customers happy and exceed their expectations like we do today.
