    Pros

freedom to be what a person wants to be, good growth prospects

    Cons

Nothing much, but there can be delays in decision making at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please consider digital advertising, most of the companies follow that and save cost of all the marketing material which seems to be very heavy.

    Interview Details

Interview process first begins with a short 15 minute telephone interview asking you about your accomplishments, career to date. Phone interview is a slightly informal interview to get to know you, but ends with formal questions asking why you are interested in the role in a betting shop, etc. Use sports knowledge as a tip. Next stage is a group assessment stage testing your abilities and confidence within a group.

Day consists of small introductory questions with whole group asking about yourself, your interests etc. Then a series of above group assessments with tasks and activities. Final part of assessment day is a one to one interview asking about your suitability to the role.
