Coworkers are great and everyone interacts well within their group. Benefits are good and management will usually work around personnel schedules.
Upper management deliberately silos the different branches of the organization. Dysfunctional coordination among leadership resulting in inefficient outcomes. Appears that most of the operation is being outsourced due to poor direction from upper levels which has caused anxiety and poor morale in staff.
