    Pros

Great benefits, work life balance, excellent retirement plan, cafe on site, wellness program, flexible schedule for most positions and friendly management/employees.

    Cons

Company is going through necessary change management at all levels and employees need to either get on the train or get off. Experienced employees run deep at the company and they need to adapt to the changing market dynamics and help guide new employees that have joined the company to help it prosper.

    Advice to Management

Stay focused on the plan and be transparent with the employees on the good and bad news.
