    Lots of opportunities for entity level work force. I had 6 jobs in 10 years all with increasing responsibility and pay. benenfits and pay were average


    Good ol' boys club was heavily entrenched . Consistent unrealistic expectations from management and internal competition for resources made for a very stressful work environment that resulted in a a disengaged workforce. Hard for even the brightest and best to keep their internal fire stoked...

    Advice to Management

    Figure out how to communicate company goals so it is about more than numbers and money. By now, I hope that the flavor of the week style of implementing new programs and initiatives is gone and that the business is taking a more reasonable approach to change. Very talented resources have been let go in the past because they didn't fit the mold in the upper ranks but we're well respected and liked by the masses. Pay attention to who has influence and where's before making decsions. Influence wihtout authority was very important while I was at gates...
