    Pros

    It is a good company, has good products, good technology an people. Well positioned on the market and has a very good customer base.

    Cons

    Needs a better leadership, not aggressive enough in some markets and with some products. Needs good strategy in how to grow the business an how to support it.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in people, invest in equipment, relay on people, higher more competent mid level management. New development pays back and has a long term positive effect.

    Did not like the interview process, very unprofessional, rude, late many interruptions.
    Would not recommend this to anyone. Difficult questions I felt did not pertain to the job I was applying for.
