    Customer Service Manager Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Gateway (Sioux Falls, SD).

    Interview

Two-round interview process. Second interview included most of the team managers who each asked me questions. The most important thing I did to receive the job offer, was follow up after both interviews. I wrote a thank you letter to each interview committee. The HR Director said that's why she knew I was serious about wanting this position.
