Coworkers are generally great and work itself is never really bad. Staff and Management are very energetic about getting as much profit as they can.
Management wouldn't really listen to our problems which in turn, reflected poorly on us. If we asked for new supplies, they would ignore us and when inspection came, we got points docked off for having broken carts since they were years old, or having raggedy mops that didn't work well.
Advice to Management
Please listen to your staff such as your servers or store managers. They are the face of the restaurant and if they ask or request something from upper management, it's more than likely a necessity to the overall appearance and performance to the restaurant.
