I worked at Gbmc Healthcare full-time

    Pros

You can know what to expect. Its the same thing day-in and day-out.
Three weeks vacation, two weeks sick leave, and personal days.

    Cons

Opportunity for advancement was virtually nonexistent. Perks are limited and very old-fashioned.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get away from a one-size-fits all management approach. Some departments are fundamentally different and should be treated as such.
