    Pros

    Great culture. I have worked with extraordinarily talented people from a variety skill sets. Management is encouraged to listen to employee's input on process and improvement.Great company to build a Career.

    Cons

    Some management and supervisors treat employees as though it is their first job. Bad communications and a few managers and supervisors become micromanagers and get in a frenzy as a result of the bad communications. (GSC)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get to know employees and utilize employees strengths. Be more respectful of your employees, the guy in shipping may have a better education than you, use it to your advantage. Stop living in the present, look ahead and communicate this is what always bites you in the... and remember perception is everything.

    Applied online, Called in for two interviews one with the geek squad manager the second with the store manager.

    Able to ace their interview questioner pack, same as most retailers.

    Pay negotiation was none existent.

    Negotiation Details
    There was no negotiating, the store manager(who stole from the store and was later arrested for the crime) did not budge on his original offer of $9.45 an hour.

    Only raises came from switching to an ARA position.
