I have been working at GenCorp full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Stimulating work, exciting programs. Genuine concern for workers and staff frequently demonstrated by management. Teamwork is a strong ethic throughout the company. An enterprise focused on growth and high commitment to supporting government customers.

    Cons

Workload is at times excessive. But, a company so heavily involved in critical national programs leads to this outcome. Dedicated staff and willingness to sacrifice when it becomes necessary for the good of the customer. Recent workloads have been challenging.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve wage scales to better reward key contributors.
