People - Some of the best people around. Many have left recently which is sad. Hope - Change (positive) is needed. Everyone knows it. There is still hope it might happen someday.
Upper management - Still trying to run the company like it is a $300M HWY 59 company vs. the $2B global company it is now. Hopelessness - Positive change will not occur until there are changes with top management. Giving incompetent people more power and influence is not a good business plan. I'll stop here.

Excellent initial conversation with recruiter. Very comfortable Q&A that provided honest insight into the position and company culture. Follow up was always timely. In person interviews - very accommodating to my schedule and respectful of time. Very friendly.
