I worked at General Cigar full-timeRecommendsRecommends
401k, healthcare plan, tuition reimbursment plan, overall very good benefits package. Luxury goods category with great brands in a cool industry (premium cigars). Macanudo, Cohiba, CAO, Partagas, Punch, etc. Great place to work if you are creative, entrepreneurial, and want to put your own stamp on a product/company. Good leadership team.
Sometimes management forgets to catch people doing things right. It's tobacco, so it's a very challenging, fast paced category.
Advice to Management
