I worked at General Revenue full-time (More than 8 years)

The best thing about working there was some of the people, above average benefits with stock options, 401k 5% company match, life insurance, excellent PTO accumulation and discounts with stores for being an employee.

Upper management contradicts themselves constantly and changes things mid project until waiting to implement on the next project. Favoritism plays a big role in merits, advancement and treatment. Each team manger plays by different rules so it is not streamlined across the board.

    Advice to Management

Get on the same page with each other, COMMUNICATE information to employees, stop going out of your way to terminate employees that question things, stop allowing managers to have romantic relationships with their employees and COMMUNICATE ACCURATE INFORMATION if not as mangers you should own the miscommunication not your staff that gets written up for it.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at General Revenue.

No negotiating flat base pay. Not until 2011 did company consider raising base pay. Based on contracts worked base pay could be increased but lowered when contract over.
