Genesys makes it easy for our employees to give their time by encouraging a minimum of 12 volunteer hours a year, paid for by Genesys.
We also have fun. On a regular basis, we start a day together and end a day together with a breakfast and a happy hour. We take the time to celebrate the great work we and our customers accomplish.

Genesys Heroes – Making a Difference 1 Action @ a Time
We are Genesys and we believe in supporting the communities we work and live in across the globe. Though the Genesys Make A Difference Community Action Program, we encourage our employees to come together to make an impact in their local communities one action at a time. We do so by supporting, sponsoring, and funding events at which employees offer their time, energy, and goodwill to others. Make A Difference is proud of its contributions and of the efforts employees make to better our communities. Funds from our program are distributed to help non-profit organizations in our community in the areas of Health, Youth and Education and the Environment.
Wine to Water
We encourage action locally and globally, where bold thinking leads to lasting impact. Our support of Wine to Water contributes to the fulfillment of a simple mission – providing clean water to needy people around the world. Through a variety of activities, Wine to Water gives the fortunate population an opportunity to fight for those who can’t fight for themselves. The results are clean water and sanitation for residents of many underserved countries including Sudan, India, Cambodia, Uganda, Ethiopia, and Haiti.
UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital
We are a proud supporter of the University of California - San Francisco Benioff Children’s Hospital, where healthcare professionals devote their careers to saving lives. The hospital offers children and their families compassionate care at the forefront of scientific discovery, with more than 150 experts in 50 medical specialties serving patients throughout Northern California and beyond. Our contribution to UCSF helps fuel technology for new advances in treatment and innovation over illness.
Genesys Rides in the Tour de Cure to Help End Diabetes
Avid cyclists throughout the Genesys community (Canada, France and the United States) came together to support the community by riding in the 2012 Tour de Cure organized by the American Diabetes Association. By supporting and riding in the Tour de Cure, Genesys demonstrates its commitment to the community and other important charitable organizations in our cause to save the world one action at a time.
“We’re proud to join the teams from other leading companies in support of a cure for diabetes,” said Paul Segre, President and CEO of Genesys. “Our employees have a lot of practice going the extra mile for our customers and community, and they are showing one more way through the Tour de Cure that we can all make a difference.”
Three Peaks Challenge
Genesys recognizes those who reach new heights in attitude and altitude. A Genesys team took on the Three Peaks Challenge to scale the highest mountains of Scotland, England and Wales as part of a fundraiser for Cancer Research UK. The challenge consists of 26 miles of ascents and descents and approximately 500 miles of travelling between mountains and all within 24 hours. Physical training for this event was surpassed only by the team’s fundraising, often in memory of a loved one affected by cancer.
G is for Giving
Community participation and civic pride is just part of doing good business in Saint John, New Brunswick. Our employees in Saint John have been acknowledged for their involvement with a number of programs in the Uptown/South End area of Saint John, a high-priority neighborhood targeted for community action. Some of these programs include the Chicken Noodle Soup Club (hot lunch program for school children), The Community Food Basket (local food bank) and with the Vibrant Communities Adopt-A-Planter program, as well as participating in the Run for the Cure, the St. Joseph’s Dragon Boat Races and the MS Rona Bike Tour. Genesys is proud to Make a Difference in this community.

We’re seeking our next wave of leaders from a wide range of backgrounds, skills and perspectives. By joining Genesys, you will be part of highly successful organization with a history of innovation and growth.
The GENerate Associates' Program is designed for university graduates, as well as people in early stages of their careers and even those looking to start over in the right career with the right company. Our Associates come from all over the world and are the next generation of professional services engineers, solutions engineers, and more.
This 2 year program kicks off with a 12-month developmental cycle providing valuable hands-on educational and experiential training that will accelerate your development into a successful career.
Twice a year we have open recruiting cycles, with Boot Camps beginning in our Regional hub offices - Daly City California, USA and Frimley, UK.
As a participant, you have the opportunity to engage in an interactive 12-month development cycle in a critical business function. Personal coaching, formal mentoring, structured learning opportunities in Genesys fundamentals and direct exposure to our leaders will all supplement your hands-on work experience. Your second year focuses on on-the-job learning, with additional mentoring and training.
