I have been working at Geneva Trading full-time (More than 8 years)
Culture is great, very friendly people willing to talk you through any ideas you have for profitable trading. Very flat organization so you can constantly have interactions with senior management. The company goes out of their way to make sure you're happy and in a place where you can be most productive.
I've had issues in the past, but the company is heading in a great direction from both a technology and talent perspective.
Advice to Management
Keep it up. Things are looking bright.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Geneva Trading (Chicago, IL).
Submitted email to HR and was told they might be hiring in a few months. Later was in Chicago and asked if I could drop by, had a general screen interview. Shortly after was told they would be adding to some teams and asked me to come back up to Chicago (my expense). Interview was just talking to 2 traders for a couple hours. Shortly after got an offer.
- Some personality. Some basic CS questions. Answer Question
Reasons for Declining
Ridiculous offer. Low salary, questionable terms, and I felt like they weren't willing to make much of a commitment on my behalf.
