    I worked at Genting full-time (more than an year)


    Learn up the most comprehensive and proper way of running its operation at the most complete controls and lowest risks. If you were to take it as stepping stone for your first career, this could probably one of the best dungeon to catch up as much information, experience (a.k.a stress) and knowledge for your next job.


    Having to say that this is a typical layman (especially ChinaMan) company, we could never expect some abundant pays as compare to other MNC. In addition, as a typical chinaman style company, it takes years for you to be promoted to managerial level that most prolly the promotion is depends on the years of service rendered and tolerance received.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus more on Corporate Social Responsibility especially to Stakeholders, for instance employee.
