    Pros

The Austin management team has always been outstanding and has built a really fun but hard working culture. They lead by example and are always positive. (especially Jennifer and Sandy) I feel like the work I do is appreciated and that they understand how important a work-life balance is to get good work from employees. The other people you work with are always willing to help each other out and we enjoy working on projects together. The events and clients can be challenging but you are always learning something so that's good. They are trying to bring more clients and job opportunities to the Austin office so hopefully there will be more growth in the future for employees. I definitely like working here but don't want to lose the great team feeling we have established.

    Cons

The new senior executives started out very positive but are making decisions about the whole company without really caring what the employees need or want. It's definitely changing the way people feel about the company and those managers. I know we need to grow the company but it seems like there isn't a lot of respect for those people who work on existing accounts and have got us to this point.

    Advice to Management

If you are going to ask for input from employees, you should use that feedback and not just pay lip service. Understand that there are different needs and different strenghts across the company - not everyone or every account should be treated exactly the same. You will lose people to more flexible and modern agencies. It seems like we are taking a step back not forward.
