Working with students is rewarding. Employees work together as a team, and everyone's voice is heard. There is a sense of a shared mission. One of the benefits is almost free tuition. Strong work-life balance.

There are limited opportunities for advancement. While compensation levels are fair, employees at this level are not eligible to earm bonuses.

    Advice to Management

Advice to senior management: break down the stovepiping of divisions and schools. The whole University should work togerther with a shared mission.
