I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at George Washington University.Interview Details
The interview process started very quickly and the eDesign Team was very eager to have me interview. During the interview itself I met the whole team and the process felt encouraging. This was a creative position, so they asked me to complete a video project to be completed within a week. I was encouraged to ask questions about the project and did. I sent them a digital version and a link on YouTube, as well as any supporting materials I had.
Upon delivering the project I received no response, not even a confirmation that my project had been received. I reached out to make sure they had gotten my materials, noticing that the unlisted video on Youtube had several hits, and received no response.
I found their lack of response after putting a significant amount of time and effort on their project unprofessional. No OfferNegative ExperienceAverage Interview
