    proactive mgt. invests in employees and resources. fair pay and great benefits package. not-for-profit community hospital that truly cares about the employees and community

    SC govt isn't a big supporter of healthcare causes cust in hcare all over

    don't get stuck with bad mgrs just because they worked at the hospital for a long time. get rid of the dead weight
