I worked at Georgia Department of Corrections full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed benefits, hours, my boss had confidence in my work, and it was close to my house.

    Cons

I hated being searched everyday, walking down a flat top everyday, lock down when prisoners tryed to escape, you stay until prison is cleared.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep open communication to all departements as to what is going on with the institution.
